To schedule an appointment, please call 440-333-2003 during office hours, preferably between 10 and 11:30 am or between 2 and 4:15 pm. Our appointment secretary will tell you whether you need to prepare for your visit in any special manner and what you should bring along. We know that time constraints are a factor for both patients and doctor, so we make a special effort to schedule your visit at your convenience. If you find it is necessary to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours in advance.
Telephone Calls - Non-Emergencies:
If possible, call 440-333-2003 during regular office hours. After office hours, Dr. Strauss can be reached by calling the answering service.
Be specific about the nature of your call. This allows us to get your answer more quickly.
Be assured that no medical advice is given without Dr. Strauss's consent. If you are calling about a prescription, please have your medical vial and pharmacy's number handy, along with pen and paper.
If you wish to speak with Dr. Strauss, please let us know where you can be reached during daytime and evening hours. Many times we return non-emergency calls during lunch or after 5pm.

After-hours: Our answering service, 216-691-6046, is available for emergencies during nights, weekends, and holidays.
